    he second picture shows power out connected to a dummy load. First I tried a 25 watt slug and it pined the meter. The picture shows it with a 100 watt slug doing about 23 watts. When transmitting into a bird dummy load it was keying a local repeater "LOL". So I know receiver is working. No attempt was made to determine the frequency's programed into it. I have no other information and don't know how to program it
