Both 144/430MHz transmitter and receiver are basically working without any problem. (Reception is by GP ANT.) I confirmed the 1200MHz (FM) transmission and reception by a handy transceiver I have on hand. Both 144/430/1200MHz transmit power was measured with a dummy load, and each band rating was met. (However, our power meter has a slight margin of error.) The S-meter and sub-display illumination lamps have been replaced with LEDs, making them very easy to read. The exterior has scratches, rust, etc., but is clean for its age.
