    Genuine Mitsubishi 2SC1971 RF transistor, used as PA pre-driver in many Icom and Kenwood radios, such as IC-746, IC-756, IC-756PRO, IC-756PROII, IC-756PROIII (early production), and TS-2000 (early production).
    These were purchased from RF Parts in CA years ago, but never used.
    They are original Mitsubishi components.
