Here's a nice winter project for someone who like 6m CW and SSB
The good news...
The unit delivers 7 watts in CW mode.
The Passband tuning unit is included.
The case is in scratch-free condition
The internal 120 volt AC power supply is working.
A120VAC Power Cord is included
A12 VDC Power Cord is included.
A Printed Manual is included.
A copy of the Maintenance Manual will be included as a PDF file on a CD-ROM
And now the bad news...
The is no FM unit
No microphone.is included.
Microphones are available on eBay. Search for:

Upon power-up, the microprocessor sets the VFO to 50.1 MHz as shown on the display.
Turning the tuning knob does not change the frequency.
The failure has been traced to the Up/Down Control Circuit shown in the diagram.
LEDs D1 and D2 do not emit enough light  to fully turn on photo-transistors Q1 and Q2, preventing tuning commands from being passed to the VFO.
Serial number  01139.  It will be shipped in the original Icom box showing the same serial number
