Used.  Comes with USB cable and Power Cable.  A few units available so cable colors and cosmetic condition may appear slightly different than pictured, but both units are in roughly the same condition.  I would rate these units overall as 8/10 - there are some slight cosmetic blemishes but they have been tested and work well.  They even come with a little bit of paper to get you started.
