10 Meter Radios come with a warranty from their respective manufacturer. Returns are not accepted by webtron-x, and should be handled by their respective warranty center.
SHIPPING INFORMATION AND DELIVERY TIMES
Domestic orders are usually shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS from multiple USA locations. International orders are shipped via USPS from Waterford, WI USA.
We ship Worldwide and have experience doing so since 2001. All packages are fully insured.
International customers: First Class Mail International shipping does not always have tracking available. If you want tracking, you will need to upgrade to Priority Mail International (5-17 day average range) or Priority Mail Express International (3-14 day average range.)
