    Description

    This is a bright yellow rigid plastic sign for the door of a patient's room.  It has stickers that warn "Caution - Radioactive Material, Cancer-Suspect Agent, Liquid Nitrogen, Non-Flammable Compressed Gases."  It was to be posted on the door of a patient's room if any of those dangers were present.  It is from a hospital in Portland, Oregon in 1995.  I have listed a similar sign which had the date on it.  It is 9" x 7" with holes at the corners for nails and tape residue on the back.  It is otherwise in good condition.
