Today we are selling a "Europe - Fly There by B-O-A-C" airline poster ad! Idyllic scenes of Europe, both cultural and romantic, are shown in this energizing and vibrant poster to entice customers to sign up for travel on BOAC. This poster, featuring neon pink, black, and purple colors, was printed in circa 1965 and the the name of the artist is not know. Marked on the bottom "Printed in Great Britain". The piece presents very well and is in very good vintage condition, with very minimal display wear, and no rips/tears/fading. Professionally mounted with plastic corners on a foam core board and heat shrink-wrapped. Bring the elegance and refinement of the golden era of aviation home with this fantastic poster! Today we are excited to offer for sale a rare and truly wonderful "Europe - Fly There by B-O-A-C" airline poster ad! This striking neon poster, symbolic of the 1960's era, is an advertisement for BOAC. The British Overseas Airways Corporation was a state airline created in 1940 as a result of a merger between Imperial Airways and British Airways. It operated as such for over a quarter of a century until it became British Airways, which is still in operation today. Idyllic scenes of Europe, both cultural and romantic, are shown in this energizing and vibrant poster to entice customers to sign up for travel on BOAC. This poster, featuring neon pink, black, and purple colors, was printed in circa 1965 and the the name of the artist is not known. Marked on the bottom "Printed in Great Britain".
