Once we receive your order, we will contact you via Ebay's messaging service  requesting your artwork (this is the image or message you want to be printed
on the product).
Please send your artwork in vector format or high res. This allows for the best
image resolution. OR If you do not have this format you can send the file you have.
We will notify you if your image is unusable.
We will email you a free proof for your approval. We will not start production of your
order until you approve the proof.
Production time is 7 business days from proof approval. Shipping is free.

What is Ummah Promotions Return Policy?
Ummah Promotions takes specific care in choosing which promotional items and promotional products are on our site. However, due to the fact that most of our items are personalized or imprinted, these items generally cannot be restocked. Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on personalized or imprinted promotional products.
Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are absolutely no returns after 30 days from receipt of order unless manufacturer warranty extends beyond that time. In the event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise (defects unrelated to imprint), please contact us and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
In the event that you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact us. We will do everything possible to correct the situation. We will also arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged or defective items at no cost to you.
